THE DVS Snack Smart Cooler 5000 isn’t an ordinary vending machine. Instead, it combines AI-powered vision, secure access, and easy setup to create a self-serve retail experience that’s faster and smarter than the competition. If goes like this: customers will start by paying, which unlocks the door, then AI cameras track what’s taken and adjust charge in real time (even reducing the charge if items are returned). Once the customer has grabbed their items, they just close the door, and the payment is finalized. Pay, Grab, and Go!

Unlike traditional vending machines which have many moving parts, this machine is simple but secure, with no motors, coils, elevator, or drop zones which can bind or jam. Unlike honor-based micro-markets, our Smart AI Cooler tracks the purchases with dual cameras that learn your products and get smarter over time. All transactions are recorded for the ability to review any sales visually to ensure a secure environment.

The DVS Combo Smart Cooler 5000 comes with four trays perfect for chips or large snacks and two trays for maximizing space with candy bars or thin snacks. Once you receive it though, the easily adjustable shelf heights, tray widths, and even slot positions allow you to customize the interior of your machine to vend nearly any product. Additional shelves and trays can also be purchased to maximize the capacity of the products doing best in your machine.

This Smart Cooler includes a one-year warranty on the credit card reader, a three-year warranty on all electronics, and a five-year warranty on the refrigeration unit with zero deductibles.

Please Note: A monthly software subscription is required for the machine to function. A wired internet connection (or SIM card with an additional monthly fee) is required for this machine to function. For optimal AI identification, products stocked in the machine should look visually different from one another and be larger than one hand.

1. The machine comes with a Castles reader utilizing Cantaloupe’s merchant processing software and will accept all major credit cards via chip, swipe, or tap pay. It can also process most mobile payment services.

2. The machine can optionally come with a QR code that processes payments vis Stripe instead of a card reader. A mobile phone which can detect QR codes is required to purchase from a machine with this option.

3. The sides of the vending machine can be wrapped in colorful laminated vinyl to assist in catching the eyes of potential customers and increasing sales.
